My name is Kay
Münsterberg and I am a German police officer in the rank of a constable in Germany's most northern state of Schleswig-Holstein. I am on duty in the uniformed branch as a patrolman at the police precinct of Pinneberg. Our town is located only a few kilometres from Hamburg. You could call it a Hamburg suburb. We, the officers of the Pinneberg police precinct, work in shifts of 11 patrolmen and take care of most tasks and citizen's requests. The Pinneberg police precinct protects the city of Pinneberg and several nearby towns, such as Appen, Borstel-Hohenraden, Kummerfeld and Prisdorf. Our police precinct is responsible for an area of approx. 2700 hectare, with about 1600 inhabitants per square-kilometre. The city of Pinneberg has about 53000 inhabitants, at the time of night, we area responsible for approx. 80000 people (including the nearby towns). |
